For freelancers

Ship the client file without feeding another content platform.

Prepare portfolio images, client previews, contracts, and delivery packets in the browser. FileGizmo does not create a project workspace, take a platform fee, or keep your source assets.

Client assets, contract copies, and deliverables stay on this device. FileGizmo has no portfolio library or remote project folder.

The working set

Tools chosen for this job

Each tool makes a new output. Keep the original until you have reviewed the result.

Practical sequence

A clean client-delivery sequence

  1. Confirm the brief, approved source, usage rights, deliverable format, dimensions, quality, filename, and deadline before changing the file.
  2. Create a working copy. Resize, compress, remove a background, or add a preview watermark only when the client brief calls for it.
  3. Assemble contract or delivery pages in order and add a signature only with the signer’s authority. Keep the unmodified agreement and source assets.
  4. Open every download, compare it with the brief, and deliver through the agreed channel. Archive or delete local working copies according to the project terms.

Professional boundary

Business and rights decisions remain yours

  • FileGizmo does not create invoices, collect payment, manage revisions, verify a client, transfer copyright, or interpret a contract.
  • A watermark can communicate preview status but does not prove ownership, stop copying, or replace clear licensing and delivery terms.
  • The sign tool places supplied marks but has no identity check, certificate authority, witness flow, or multi-party signing audit trail.

Clear answers

Questions before you begin

Does FileGizmo charge per client file?

No. Current tools have no task counter, per-file credit, FileGizmo watermark, account requirement, or paid download step. Device capacity is the practical limit.

Does the watermark tool prove copyright ownership?

No. It adds a visible mark to the output copy. Ownership, licensing, permissions, attribution, and enforcement depend on the work and agreement, not the tool.

Is a FileGizmo signature identity verified?

No. The tool places the signature material the user supplies. It does not verify identity, authority, intent, witnesses, certificates, or the legal requirements of an agreement.

Are portfolio and client assets uploaded?

No. Ordinary file tools process in the browser and do not send the source to FileGizmo. The downloaded output remains wherever the device or browser saves it.
