Document templates you fill in your browser
Start from a clear checklist of exactly what each document needs, then build and fill it with the PDF editor. No account, no watermark, and your finished file never leaves your device.

How these templates work
Each template page lists what that document needs: the fields a reader expects, in the order they expect them, with a note on why each one is there. Use the list as a checklist, then build the document in your browser and download it as a PDF.
The building is done with FileGizmo's own PDF tools, so the same rules apply as everywhere else on the site. The PDF editor places text on a page, Fill PDF form completes a form you already have, and Sign PDF adds a signature at the end. Your work is saved on your device only, for seven days, so it survives a crash and is not kept anywhere else.
There is no account, no watermark and no upload. The document you type is never sent to a server, which matters most for the things people put in an invoice, a rent receipt or a cover letter: names, addresses and amounts.
Before you send it
Read the finished PDF once as the person receiving it would. Check that every amount adds up, that dates use one format throughout, and that names and addresses are spelled the way the other side spells them. A quotation or invoice with a missing date or reference is the one most often sent back.
If the document needs a signature, Sign a PDF adds a drawn, typed or uploaded one on the page. If it has to be under a size limit to attach to a portal, Compress PDF shrinks it, and the upload limit checker tells you what size to aim for.
Keeping a copy
Nothing is stored on a server, so the downloaded PDF is the only copy. Save it where you keep your own records. To make a similar document next month, open that PDF in the PDF editor and change the details rather than starting again.
