The free-plan licence is the deciding difference
Photoroom describes its free plan as a way to explore basic visuals and product-image AI. Its current plan guide also says a free Space has limited exports and AI generations, does not include Batch Mode, and cannot be used commercially. A separate help article quotes the licence directly: free accounts are for personal, non-commercial purposes.
That distinction matters more than whether a free export button appears. A marketplace listing, catalogue, client deliverable, advertisement or other business asset is not a personal experiment. If that is the destination, compare paid plans and current terms before editing the production set.
FileGizmo takes a narrower approach. Its terms say you keep ownership of your files and content and that the site does not claim rights to them. You still need permission for the photographs, logos and products you process. The tool cannot grant rights that you do not already have.
