Simple by design

Organize PDF Pages in three steps

FileGizmo’s PDF organizer rearranges pages without uploading the document or converting its contents to images. It is useful when scanned forms arrive out of order, a presentation needs a new sequence, or several sections were combined incorrectly. Choose an unlocked PDF and the browser creates lightweight page previews in a dedicated worker. Drag the previews into place, or use the accessible left and right controls when working with a keyboard. Then select Organize PDF to create a new file.

The original page objects are copied in your chosen order, so text stays selectable and vector artwork keeps its source quality. The page numbers shown on the cards always refer to the original document, which makes larger rearrangements easier to verify. Processing and thumbnail rendering stay on your device; FileGizmo has no upload step or storage account. Review the downloaded PDF before replacing an important original, especially when the document contains internal links or a table of contents that refers to old page positions.
